Terms of Purchase

1. Identification of the seller

ProntoLocal is a product line of StackPick (https://trystackpick.com). Same team; ProntoLocal is not a separate unrelated company.

You are buying a ProntoLocal website product; operations and support are provided by the StackPick team.

Country of operation: Brazil.

We serve local businesses internationally. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

2. Eligibility and authority

By purchasing you confirm you are authorized to buy for the named business and that information you provide is accurate.

3. Product description

You are purchasing unlock access to a private website preview prepared for a specific business, plus a license to use the delivered website files for that business, and access to the customer area to edit and download builds.

The unlock is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

4. Private preview

Previews are temporary and private. The availability window shown on the offer page (date/time and countdown) is set on our servers for that offer. After expiry we may remove the preview. Purchase unlocks your delivered copy; it does not require the preview URL to stay online forever.

3A. Google Profile Quick Fix and AI Growth Kit

The optional Google Profile products are one-time digital ZIP deliveries, not account-management services. You publish any approved changes yourself; we do not request your Google login.

Quick Fix uses ProntoLocal's structured templates and available business facts. Growth Kit additionally uses the OpenAI API to generate business-specific multilingual descriptions, post drafts, review-reply drafts and prioritized actions. Its ZIP includes a generation receipt with provider, model, response id and timestamp.

AI output can be inaccurate. You must review every fact, translation, service and claim before publishing. ProntoLocal is not affiliated with Google or OpenAI and does not promise rankings, traffic, calls, leads or sales.

Unless the checkout states otherwise, 100% of the Profile Pack amount may be applied manually to one full-price ProntoLocal website for the same business within 30 calendar days. The credit has no cash value, cannot be combined and must be requested before website checkout.

5. Public business information used

Previews may use publicly available business information (name, phone, address, hours, services, public reviews, maps links and social profiles). Initial prospecting previews use neutral image placeholders. Business photos are added only after recorded permission. See the Preview Data & Content Policy. ProntoLocal is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

6. Customer verification before publication

You must confirm that texts, prices, photos, claims and contact details are accurate before publishing. Concept or illustrative service menus are labeled when used.

7. Price and currency

Stripe charges USD 39.90 once for the website purchase. It creates no ProntoLocal subscription or automatic renewal. Domain, hosting and publishing are separate.

8. Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on your location and Stripe’s tax settings. Any tax collected is shown at checkout when applicable.

9. Payment processing

Checkout is processed by Stripe. ProntoLocal does not store full card numbers.

10. Delivery

After payment is confirmed by Stripe (webhook), we send a confirmation e-mail with the applicable panel access or private ZIP download instructions. Browser return alone does not unlock files. AI Growth Kit delivery waits for a successful, recorded AI generation.

11. Included edit scope

The customer area lets you edit texts, photos, colors, contact details and related fields marked editable, then generate an updated ZIP. Unlimited redesigns, new page types or custom software outside that scope are not included.

12. Optional services

Hosting, domain registration, publishing, ongoing updates, custom development and manual translation are not included in this digital product. The buyer may obtain them independently from any provider.

13. Hosting and domain

Unlock does not include hosting on our servers or a domain registration. You may host the delivered files where you choose and use your own domain. Private panel links expire after 30 days and may be renewed using the purchase e-mail while the panel service operates; uninterrupted or perpetual hosted-panel availability is not promised.

14. License and customer rights

After purchase, you receive the complete delivered website files and the right to use, edit, host and publish that website for your named business. You may hire any developer to help. You may keep using the delivered version without a required subscription.

Canonical ownership rule: you own and control the website delivered for your business — not the ProntoLocal/StackPick platform, reusable systems, template framework or generation technology.

15. ProntoLocal / StackPick intellectual property

ProntoLocal is a StackPick product. ProntoLocal and the StackPick team retain ownership of the platform, reusable systems, template framework, generation technology, brand assets and tools used to create previews.

16. Prohibited uses

• Resell the base template as a product to other businesses
• Copy or resell the ProntoLocal generation platform or systems
• Claim the ProntoLocal or StackPick brand as your own agency kit
• Commercialize multiple copies of the template as a product line

17. Third-party content and Google

Public reviews, photos and maps content remain subject to their original rights and platform terms. ProntoLocal is not affiliated with Google.

18. No guarantee of results

We do not promise leads, sales, call volume, search rankings, traffic or financial return. We deliver a professional website asset and publishing guidance.

19. Refund policy

A 7-calendar-day refund policy applies to the unlock price as described in the Refund Policy. Optional or third-party services may have separate rules.

20. Chargebacks

Contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Abuse of chargebacks after delivery may lead to access suspension and dispute of the claim with evidence of purchase and delivery.

21. Support

Human e-mail support for delivery questions: support@trystackpick.com, within 1 business day. Business hours follow America/Sao_Paulo.

22. Availability and interruptions

We aim for reliable access to previews and the panel but do not warrant uninterrupted uptime. Planned or emergency maintenance may occur.

23. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ProntoLocal’s liability for the unlock purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that unlock. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

24. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

25. Changes

Material changes publish a new version id (current: 2026-08-20.v8). Checkout records the version you accepted.
