Privacy Policy
1. Who controls your data
ProntoLocal is a product line of StackPick (https://trystackpick.com). Same team; ProntoLocal is not a separate unrelated company.
You are buying a ProntoLocal website product; operations and support are provided by the StackPick team.
Country of operation: Brazil.
We serve local businesses internationally. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Support: support@trystackpick.com (within 1 business day).
Billing: billing@trystackpick.com. Refunds: refunds@trystackpick.com. Privacy: privacy@trystackpick.com. Legal: legal@trystackpick.com.
Privacy contact: privacy@trystackpick.com.
2. Data we collect
We distinguish three categories:
- Buyer and billing data: name, e-mail, messages, support tickets, purchase records, panel login tokens, delivery links and Stripe customer/payment identifiers; historical subscription identifiers may remain in records for customers who bought a discontinued managed plan
- Public business data used in a private preview: business name, phone, address, hours, services, public reviews, social links and Google Business Profile information available publicly. Initial prospecting previews use neutral image placeholders; business media is processed only after recorded permission.
- AI-assisted Growth Kit data: the public business name, niche, location and confirmed service descriptions sent to OpenAI to generate ready-to-edit drafts; we do not send Google passwords or full payment card data
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, security logs, limited analytics events needed to operate the site
3. Cookies and similar technology
We use essential first-party cookies for customer panel authentication, security and anonymous offer-session continuity (to understand whether a private offer was viewed or revisited). We do not use invasive browser fingerprinting. We do not sell personal data.
3A. Offer funnel analytics (commercial + security)
Updated 2026-08-06. When we e-mail a private offer link, we may process delivery signals from our e-mail provider (sent, delivered, bounce, complaint, unsubscribe) and estimated open signals. Estimated opens are unreliable (image proxies, Apple Mail Privacy Protection) and are never treated as proof that a person read the message.
Tracked offer links may include an opaque signed parameter so clicks map to the correct lead/offer without exposing sequential IDs. On the offer page we record first-party events such as offer views, preview opens, pricing/terms views and checkout starts — to operate the sale, prevent abuse and decide when a human should follow up.
IP addresses, when stored, are truncated. We do not present precise location from IP as a reliable fact. Card numbers are never stored by ProntoLocal.
- Purpose: commercial follow-up quality, delivery troubleshooting, fraud/abuse prevention
- Providers: e-mail delivery (e.g. Brevo), Stripe (payments), hosting/database
- Opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in e-mails or write to privacy@trystackpick.com
- Open tracking may be disabled per campaign/country when required
- Detailed event logs: ~90 days; commercial summary: ~12 months; suppression (bounce/unsubscribe) as needed operationally/legally; raw webhook payloads minimized and short-lived
4. Checkout and payments
Payment information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout. ProntoLocal does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe may process billing details, payment method metadata and tax-related fields according to its own privacy policy.
5. Why we use data
- Create and show a private website preview for a business
- Process the one-time website payment, deliver files, operate the customer panel and send transactional e-mail; retain legally required records for discontinued managed plans
- Generate an AI-assisted Profile Growth Kit from supplied public business facts when that product is purchased
- Measure offer engagement (clicks, visits, checkout) to prioritize human contact — not to spam on estimated opens
- Provide support, refunds and privacy requests
- Prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access
- Meet legal and accounting obligations
6. Service providers
We share data only with providers needed to run the service, under their respective terms:
- Stripe — payments
- Cloudflare — networking / pages hosting for previews when used
- E-mail delivery provider (configured in our environment) — transactional and outreach messages + delivery webhooks
- Database / hosting provider for the application
- OpenAI — structured text generation for the AI-assisted Profile Growth Kit only
7. International transfers
ProntoLocal is operated from Brazil. Buyers and preview subjects may be located elsewhere. Data may be processed in the countries where our providers operate. By using the service you acknowledge this cross-border processing.
8. Retention
Purchase and delivery records are kept as needed for accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Funnel event detail is retained about 90 days; commercial summaries about 12 months. Preview assets may be removed after the preview window ends. Panel access links expire. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal retention duties.
9. Security
We use access controls, hashed panel tokens, HTTPS and least-privilege server credentials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
10. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal data we hold about you by e-mailing privacy@trystackpick.com. We respond within 1 business day. Local consumer and privacy laws that cannot be waived still apply. You may also unsubscribe from commercial e-mail via the link in each message.
11. Children
The service is intended for business purchasers, not children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The version identifier (2026-08-20.v8) and updated date above change when material edits are published.
